Unbelievable relationships with your customers

Hi y’all.  It’s Creativelou again.  You’ve heard the song “50 ways to leave your lover”.  Well it’s not 50 ways, but I do have some tips on how an incentive travel program can help you KEEP your customers and how you could benefit from such a program.  I’ll give you the first one today and continue with others in my next blogs.

Unbelievable relationships with your customers:  A longtime client from Florida said they started their first incentive trip in 1990 with St. Thomas as the destination.  To quote him “when we got off the plane on this great island in great weather in February, our customers looked like refugees from a prison camp in Iraq.  A great time was had by all and when we got home the participants hosted a party for my wife and I where they gave us a photo album showing all our antics and also some small trinkets from St. Thomas.  These events led to unbelievable relationsips”.

This client is still taking his customers on incentive trips today and I have seen first-hand how strong the bond is between the client and his customers.

“Fun Bunch” incentive program in the Netherlands Antilles

I recently had a client from the Florida Keys take their building contractors to the Renaissance Curacao in the Netherlands Antilles.  What a great trip and destinations.  The winners were thrilled to be in such an exotic location.  Our client made the comment while wining and dining his customers that you just can’t get any better advertisement than an incentive trip.  An added bonus during their visit was the celebration of Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands’ biethday.  The whole island was alive with demonstrations, music and gaiety.  And, our group was in the center of it all.  It’s said a picture is worth a thousand words…well I agree.  Take a look.
